Transcend launches the new JetFlash T3 ultra tiny USB flash drive measuring just 30.2mm x 12.3mm x 2.4mm. The new drive uses a spcecial Chip On Board (COB) manufacturing technique that molds the memory chip and circuit board into the drive unbreakable Polycarbonate casing, making it more solid and robust than full-sized drives.
The JetFlash T3 is available in 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB capacities. It offers up to 15MB/s read and 7MB/s write speeds. The T3 comes in silver and black. You can get one from Amazon.com. Related Posts

TEAM Group expands its Xtreem line with the new S2 (S25AS2) and S3 (S25AS3) series solid state drives using the high-speed SATA III 6Gb/s interface. Both series offer up to 550MB/s read and 520MB/s write speeds. The Xtreem S3 is equipped with SandForce’s SSD controller for enhanced performance with up to 90000 IOPS (input/output operations per second) random writing speed.
The S2 comes in 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and the S3 adds a 480GB model. These 2.5-inch Xtreem SATA III SSDs include support for TRIM Command, Garbage Collection, DuraWrite technology and Wear Leveling. BlackBerry Colt is RIM’s first QNX Phone Posted: 09 Aug 2011 08:38 AM PDT According to BGR, RIM is going to release its first QNX phone, the BlackBerry Colt in Q1 2012. The phone will be powered by a single-core processor. It is said that the phone will come without support for current BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) versions, as RIM is still working on QNX version of the BES. Let’s wait and see.

Pioneer launches its flagship Elite series SC-57 and SC-55 A/V receiver designed to deliver the audio performance necessary for Blu-ray Disc and other high fidelity audio formats. They both are equipped with the company’s new Class D3 digital amplifier that can deliver Pioneer’s highest-ever continuous power simultaneously to all dedicated channels with extremely high efficiency, significantly less heat production and ultra-low distortion. Both SC receivers enable users to configure their home theater in multiple customized configurations. The 9.1-channel SC-57 provides 10 different configurations while the 9.1-channel SC-55 offers up to seven. They support Apple’s AirPlay, DLNA 1.5 and Bluetooth for wireless media streaming. The Elite receivers both sport Marvell Qdeo video processors, Advanced Video Adjust technology automatically optimizes video signals by the type of display (selected manually) connected to the receivers, and Stream Smoother. The Elite SC-57 offers 149W x 9 output and the SC-55 has 140W x 9 power output. They have Ethernet LAN port for internet connectivity and USB port for direct music playback from USB drives. The drive uses 7200RPM hard drive and USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface for enhanced transfer speeds. The GoFlex Turbo performance drive includes two years of SafetyNet Data Recovery Service that provides additional protection in the event of data loss. The SafetyNet service covers one recovery attempt on your GoFlex Turbo performance drive within a two-year period. Like other GoFlex drives, you can use the drive with eSATA or FireWire 800 interfaces using optional adapter. The Seagate GoFlex Turbo is priced at $119.99 for 500GBs and $139.99 for 750GBs.
