AT&T Avail by ZTE Android Phone Posted: 14 Oct 2011 01:04 AM PDT Along with the Pantech Pocket, Samsung DoubleTime, AT&T also brings the Avail by ZTE for its GoPhone pre-paid service. The devices has 512MB ROM and 512MB RAM. It has a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with video recording, and WiFi connectivity. The Avail supports tri-band UMTS and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks. It comes with a 2GB microSD card. The phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with seven customizable homescreens. Related Posts

Samsung Series 7 All-in-one PCs Posted: 13 Oct 2011 09:59 PM PDT Samsung announced its Series 7 all-in-one desktop PC with an elegant, streamlined, minimalist design. The Series 7 measures just 16mm thin and has a 23-inch Full HD 1920×1080 touchscreen. You can also find 4Wx2 Harman Speakers and Harman-optimized audio features, which result in a top-of-the-line sound experience. Two models will be released, the DP700A3B-A01US and the DP700A3B-A02US. The former is powered by Intel’s Core i3-2120T processor with 6GB of RAM and the latter boasts Core i5-2390T and 8GB of RAM. They are equipped with 1TB 7200RPM hard drive and integrated HD graphics. Other features include 1.3 Megapixel HD webcam, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity and USB 3.0 port. The Series 7 comes with a wireless keyboard and wireless optical mouse. T-Mobile announced the SpringBoard, a 4G-capable Android tablet made ny Huawei. The 7-inch tablet runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS on a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. It sports a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera, and a 7-inch HD multitouch display. The tablet has 16GB internal memory and has microSD card slot for expansion.
The Springboard supports Adobe Flash and is pre-loaded with services and applications including Blio eReader, MobileLife Family Organizer powered by Cozi, Slacker Radio and TeleNav GPS Navigator, a personal GPS navigation and local search application that provides turn-by-turn voice and on-screen driving directions. The SpringBoard supports Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity and offers HDMI output. It supports tri-band UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+ and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks, including T-Mobile’s 4G, 3G, EDGE networks. T-Mobile will also release the Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G-capable Android tablet. While the ATRIX gets the Laptop Dock, Motorola brings the LAPDOCK 100 for unleashing the full-scale power of the ATRIX 2 and PHOTON 4G. Like the Laptop Dock for ATRIX, the new LAPDOCK is designed to transform your smartphone to work like a netbook, thanks to the Webtop application on the ATRIX 2 and PHOTON 4G. The dock features a full-sized keyboard and two-finger scroll pad for easy typing and control. The Motorola LAPDOCK 100 features a 10.1-inch 1366×768 LCD display and two USB ports for expansion. The dock allows for easy multitasking. It comes with full FireFox browser, Adobe Flash, PC-like File manager, and and allows users to print documents through the integrated MOTOPRINT application. According to Motorola, the LAPDOCK will also work with future Motorola webtop-enabled devices. The Motorola LAPDOCK 100 weighs just 2.2lbs. It will be available from Verizon Wireless, Sprint and AT&T.

Seagate launches the GoFlex Cinema multimedia drive, which is a HD media player with built-in hard drive. The drive supports media playback in Full HD 1080p and offers HDMI 1.3 output. The GoFlex Cinema is avalable in 1TB, 2TB and 3TB, and users can expand capacity by swapping out GoFlex Desk drives. It uses USB interface, allowing you connect a second USB drive or digital camera for a wider range of digital media inputs. The GoFlex Cinema provides intuitive browsing and a DVD-like navigation.
