Plextor announce its latest M3S series 2.5-inch solid state drives featuring True Speed technology. Utilizing SATA III 6Gbps interface, the M3S uses Marvell’s server-grade controller and Toshiba’s 24nm NAND flash. It is available in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities. The Plextor M3S features exclusive firmware with True Speed technology, including Plextor’s proprietary Bad Block Management, Global Wear Leveling, and Instant Restore technologies that optimize performance. It offers up to 525MB/s read and 445MB/s write speeds and random read/write speeds of up to 70,000/65,000 IOPS. It also supported TRIM command. Coming in late-November, the 128GB, 256GB and 512GB M3S SSDs will be priced at $199, $349.99 and $699.99.

MIMO Monitors launches two new USB capacitive touchscreen displays, the Magic Touch and the Magic Touch Deluxe. The 10.1-inch USB-powered displays feature 1024×600 resolution, 200cd/m2 brightness, 300:1 contrast ratio and 16ms response time.
The Magic Touch and Magic Touch Deluxe both have capacitive touchscreen, making them ideal for applications as corporate videoconferencing, data entry/capture, smart home entertainment systems, and industrial/manufacturing controls. They come with an adjustable dock/base and the screen can be removed and used independently. The Deluxe version offers two additional USB ports and comes with a AV adapter for additional power supply in case you need for other USB devices. The MIMO Magic Touch is priced at $299.99 and the Magic Touch Deluxe costs $329.99.
