LG HX350T Portable Projector with integrated Digital TV Tuner Posted: 29 Nov 2011 03:28 AM PST     LG releases in the US the HX350T portable projector with built-in ATSC digital TV tuner. The unit features 1024×768 XGA native resolution and is able to deliver up to 100-inch image size. Using “Super Long Lasting” LED lamp as light source, the projector offers a wider color range and deeper color saturation to reduce motion blur and color break up, featuring 300:1 ANSI lumens brightness, 2000:1 cotrast ratio. The lamp has up to 30,000 hours of life.   Other than integrated digital TV tuner for watching TV programs, the HX350T has built-in media player and file viewer for playing MP3, JPEG, HD DivX media files and viewing Microsoft Office, PDF and txt files from external USB storage devices. It comes with built-in 1Wx2 stereo speaker and provides HDMI, RGB, Composite, Component inputs. Of course, there is also RF input for connecting antenna/cable. Philips Fidelio L1 High-end Headphones Posted: 28 Nov 2011 09:59 PM PST Philips’ Fidelio L1 is an high-end headphones designed to “let you hear every detail and not of original composition”. The headphones features 40mm high definition optimally vented neodymium drivers which are pre-tilted to match the ear cup’s natural angle for directing the sound straight into the ear canal. The driver’s design includes a vent in the center which emphasises the middle and low frequencies, producing the acoustic energy that brings extended yet controlled bass and a transparent mid-range. The L1 has a semi-open back design that combines the balanced, transparent sound of an open back with the deep bass and noise isolation expected from a fully closed back. It has engineered aluminum earshellss that are mounted on a layer of engineering plastics reducing unwanted vibration and resonance for stable performance. The L1 also has memory foam earpads for ergonomic fit and longer listening comfort. The Philips Fidelio L1 comes with in-line remote and microphone for use with iPhone and iPod. The new Elite players are fully 3D compatible supporting 3D Blu-ray player and comes with HDMI 1.4a with support for x.v. Color, Deep Color and 3D. They delivers 1920x1080p Full HD resolution at 24fps, and support high-quality audio formats including DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD and Super Audio CD. BD-Live is also supported The BDP-52FD and BDP-53FD features Precision Quartz Lock System (PQLS) Bit-Stream Multi-Channel for minimum jitter playback when used with a compatible Pioneer PQLS AV receiver via HDMI. They support playback DivX and DivX Plus HD (H.264/MKV) videos up to 1080p HD, in addition to 3D Blu-ray Disc, DVD, CD, SACD. Their online streaming functionality allows you to enjoy online content from Netflix, YouTube and Pandora. Pioneer Elite BDP-52FD Connections   To deliver superior quality, Pioneer’s new Elite models feature the new Sound Retriever Link and Stream Smoother Link.
