The speaker is lightweight and compact enough to fit in your pocket. It features integrated stereo speakers that are powerful enough to fill a room with sound. The Audio Move SD connects to any audio sources via the 3.5mm connector and is able to play music from its microSD/SDHC memory card slot. Powered by internal rechargeable lithium polymer battery, the speaker delivers up to 17 hours of playback from microSD/SDHC and up to 24 hours of playtime from line-in. The Kage series includes the Kage K1 USB that uses USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface, and the Kage K1 SATA with SATA 6Gbps interface. The K1 USB is a slim USB 3.0-based SSD flash drive measuring just 4.5mm tick. Available in capacities from 60GB to 240GB, the K1 USB is based on 2x nm MLC flash and offers up to 400 MB/s sequential performance. The K1 SATA, on the other hand, is available in up to 400GB capacity and is based on eMLC flash. It provides up to 540MB/s read and 520MB/s write speeds and up to 60K random read and random write IOPS performance. The SATA model includes self-encrypting drive for data security and the VoltStream technology that monitors power quality and provides a safe power-fail mechanism using solid-state ceramic capacitors. Velocity Micro Cruz Tablet T510 and T507 Android 4.0 ICS Tablets Posted: 18 Jan 2012 10:12 PM PST Velocity Micro is launching later this year two new Android tablets, the Cruz Tablet T510 and the Cruz Tablet T507, both running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The new Cruz Tablets are powered by 1.2GHz Cortex A8 processor, 512MB of RAM and ARM Mali 400MHz 3D grapics acceleration. They have 8GB internal storage. The T507 comes with a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and the T510 gets a 9.7-inch capacitive touchscreen, and both models offer HDMI output. FujiFilm X-Pro 1 Interchangeable Lens Digital Camera Posted: 18 Jan 2012 06:48 AM PST FujiFilm announced the X-Pro 1, its all-new premium interchangeable lens digital camera made to “deliver outstanding image quality that rivals current DSLR cameras”. The new camera packs FujiFilm’s newly developed 16 Megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS image sensor, incorporating a new filter array and Fujifilm’s EXR Processor Pro technology, “capable of delivering resolution that is parallel, if not superior, to a full frame sensor”. The X-Pro 1 uses the brand new X-Mount with a short flange back distance of just 17.7mm, which is designed to maximize the mirrorless design of the body. The camera features the new Hybrid Viewfinder with the ability to instantly switch between an Optical Viewfinder and Electronic Viewfinder. For the brightest viewing image, and to keep shutter lag to a minimum, users should choose the Optical Viewfinder. Those wanting focus confirmation, exposure information, white balance information and depth of field indicators should switch to the Electronic Viewfinder. The X-Pro 1 offers ISO 200-6400 sensitivity, Motion Panorama feature, up to 6fps continuous shooting, RAW shooting (simutanoules RAW+JPEG supported), full manual mode. Extending FujiFilm’s photo film legacy, you can find Film Simulation modes, Professional Color Negative Film Modes, Enhance Monochrome Expression with Color Filters modes. FujiFilm’s new interchanageable lens camera includes Ultra Sonic Vibration sensor cleaning system. It has a TTL hotshoe for adding accessories, a 3-inch LCD display, and SD/SDHD/SDXC card slot. Full HD 1080p videos are recorded in H.264 format with stereo sound and there is HDMI mini output for showing HD content on bigger screen. To be launched with the camera are three Fujinon XF lenses, F18mmF2 R (27mm equivalent) f/2.0, XF 35mmF1.4 R (53mm equivalent) f/1.4, and XF60mmF2.4 R Macro (90mm equivalent) F/2.4. Other accessories include HG-XPro1 Hand Grip, EF-X20 Shoe Mount Flash, LC-XPro1 Leather Case, 39mm Protector Filter and 52mmProtector Filter. ViewSonic ViewPad 10pi Dual-Boot Windows 7 Tablet Posted: 18 Jan 2012 06:16 AM PST Following the ViewPad 10pro, ViewSonic introduced at the CES 2012 the enhanced ViewSonic 10pi tablet designed for mobile professional. Like the 10pro, the new 10pi also does dual-boot, offering Windows 7 and Android 2.3 in one device. This new ViewPad is powered by Intel’s Atom Z670 1.5GHz processor with 2GB of RAM and 64GB SSD for storage. In addition to Windows 7 Professional, the tablet offers the option to activate Android 2.3 right alongside Windows. The ViewPad 10pi sports a 10.1-inch 1280×800 capacitive touchscreen IPS LCD display, a 3.2 Megapixel main camera, a 1.3 Megapixel front-facing camera, and a SD card slot. You can find Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi 802.11b/g/n and GPS connectivity. It features a highly customizable touchscreen interface in Windows powered by Thinix Touch and Swype keyboard on Android for fast and accurate typing. There are two USB ports.
