OCZ Synapse Cache SATA III Solid State Drive
OCZ Technology launches the Synapse Cache series solid state drive optimized for caching aplications. The new series integrates Dataplex caching software to dynamically manage SSD in conjunction with standard hard disk drives (HDDs), providing users with SSD-level performance across the entire capacity of the HDD.

The Synapse Cache is based on MLC NAND flash and comes in 64GB and 128GB capacities, which have 32GB and 64GB cache capacity respectively. Using SATA III 6Gbps interface, the Synapse series offers up to 550MB/s read and 510MB/s write speeds. The SSD supports TRIM command, ECC Recovery and Data Encryption. A 3.5-inch desktop adapter bracket is included.
