Verizon Wireless introduces the Jetpack EuFi890 by ZTE, a 4G LTE mobile hotspot for sharing high-speed 4G network to WiFi devices. The compact Jetpack features a OLED display and an interactive keypad for connection mangement and settings. It supports download speeds of 5 to 12Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5Mbps in Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Mobile Broadband coverage areas. The ZTE EuFi890 Jetpack not only 4G LTE, but also quad-band EDGE, HSPA and Verizon’s CDMA 3G network, making it a true Global Ready mobile hotspot so customers can enjoy wireless data services in more than 205 countries. The device can share 4G connections to up to 10 WiFi-enabled devices and supports WEP/WPA/WPA2 and VPN pass-through. The Jetpack EuFi890 by ZTE will be available from Verizon in coming weeks. Sharp introduced at the CES 2012 two new Blu-ray players, the BD-AMS10U and BD-AMS20U with the new SmartCentral smart interface offering access to apps and online content. Both models are wireless LAN ready for streaming content from services like Netflix, VUDU and YouTube. They have USB port for connecting external hard drive for media playback.
The BD-AMS10U and BD-AMS20U includes the “super picture" setting which improves image resolution by integrating pixel information from lower resolution video from a DVD source or streaming content and restores missing image information while enhancing image details; and the AQUOS Pure mode which creates an optimized color pallet for AQUOS TVs. Sharp’s new Blu-ray players also support DLNA for wireless media streaming from DLNA-compatible devices. The BD-AMS20U also features a smart phone interface via Mobile High-definition Link (MHL), which allows Android users to access and engage their mobile apps and media content via their home entertainment system. Other than the new 2012 VIXIA HF M-series, Canon also introduces the new VIXIA HF R32, VIXIA HF R30 and VIXIA HF R300 Full HD digital camcorders, which according to the company are to provide ideal combination of price and performance for budget-conscious consumers don’t want to sacrifice on features. All three models sport 3.28 Megapixel Canon Full HD CMOS image sensor, DIGIC DV III processor, a Genuine Canon HD Video Lens with 51x Advanced Zoom and a 3-inch touchscreen display for easy control. They record Full HD 1920x1080p videos in MP4 or AVCHD format.
The VIXIA R32, R30 and R300 all include Intelligent IS with Optical Image Stabilization allowing the camcorders to automatically switch between stabilization modes for optimal image quality while recording. You can also expect Smart AUTO, Advanced Video Snapshot, Cinema-Look Filter offers seven different built-in filters to create video with a variety of professional cinematic looks, 24p Cinema mode for Hollywood feel movie, 30p Progressive mode, and Video Snapshot.
The VIXIA HF R32, VIXIA HF R30 have 32GB and 8GB internal memory, respectively, as well as SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot. They include Canon’s Relay Recording that automatically switches video recording to the memory card when the internal drive becomes full, so you never miss a moment. Both models support WiFi connectivity for uploading photos to social networking sites such as YouTube, Facebook or to mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad. HD-to-SD Downconversion is also available in both models. The VIXIA HF R300, on the other hand, records directly to a SDXC-compatible memory card slot. Both compact cameras are equipped with Fujinon 10x optical zoom and are still thin enough to fit in your jeans or shirt pocket. The T400 sports 16 Megapixel CCD sensor and the T350 has 14 Megapixel sensor. They have a 3-inch LCD display.  FujiFilm FinePix T350 The T350 and T400 offers up to 3200 ISO sensitivity, CCD shift image stabilization, Motion Panorma mode, Scene Recognition Auto (SR AUTO), Face Detection as well as Smile/Blink Detection features. Verizon and Motorola have introduced the new Droid RAZR MAXX, an enhanced version of the RAZR with extended battery life. It includes all the features of the RAZR and packs a 3300mAh battery for over 21 hours of talk time and up to 15.8 days standby time on one single charge. Even with a bigger battery, the MAXX is still slim at just 8.99mm.
The RAZR MAXX is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB RAM and comes 16GB of ROM and a pre-installed 16GB microSD card. It features a 4.3-inch 540×960 Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive touchscreen, a 8 Megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, LED flash, auto focus, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video chat. Like the Droid RAZR, the new version has Dupont KEVLAR fiber, a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass to protect the screen and a force field of water-repellent nanoparticles. The DROID RAZR MAXX supports Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE B13 700 and CDMA 800/1900 mobile networks. It also supports AGPS/GPS, GLONASS, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi connectivity. It will be available for $299.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. Verizon will also release the DROID RAZR in Purple for $199.99 with a new two-year contract.

FujiFilm brings a new compact, stylish digital camera to the CES 2012, the FinePix Z1000EXR (also known as Z1010EXR) with a “super-stylish” exterior. The new camera sports a 16 Megapixel EXR CMOS image sensor, which has been redesigned to priorities light sensitivity with a 30% reduction in digital noise over its predecessor, ensuring smoother tones in both highlight and shadow areas at higher ISO settings. Measuring just 18mm thick at its thickest point, it comes with a Fujinon 5x optical zoom lens.
The Z1000EXR features Wireless Image Transfer function that allows you to connect Android smartphones or tablets or iPhone/iPad/iPad touch with the camera for and upload images to social networking sites. Like other EXR-equipped FinePix cameras, the Z1000EXR includes the EXR AUTO mode that assesses the amount of available light, establishes the type of scene, tracks motion and use one of the three optimized settings: High Resolution Priority, Dynamic Range Priority mode or High Sensitivity and Low Noise Priority mode to take images. There are also Face Detection with Tracking AF, Intelligent Digital Zoom function that can extend the zoom range to 10x without reduction in quality, and a 9 cm minimum focusing distance.
The FinePix Z1000EXR supports Full HD 1080p video recording using H.24 format and offers mini HDMI port. It comes with a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD display for easy operation. The camera will be available in pink, champagne gold, jade green, white colors.
